How wonderful is your name, O LORD!

Your glory is seen
everywhere on earth.

When I see the world
that you have made,
I see how great you are.

When I see clouds piled up higher than mountains,

I see how great you are.

When I see the full, yellow moon at night
and millions of stars in the sky,

I see how great you are.

How can you even care about us?
We are so small
compared to the moon and the stars.

But you love us.

You made us like you.

And you made us the boss
over everything on earth.
Cats and dogs can’t tell us what to do.
Even lions and tigers run and hide from us.


O LORD, our Lord,
how majestic
is your name over all the earth!
