Psalm 121

I lift up my eyes to the hills,
from where will my help come?

My help comes from the LORD,
who made heaven and earth.

He will not let my foot be moved:
For he who watches over me does not sleep.

He who watches over Israel
neither slumbers nor sleeps.

The LORD is my keeper,
He is the shade upon my right hand.

The sun will not smite me by day,
nor the moon by night.

For the LORD will keep me from evil,
he preserves my soul.

The LORD watches over my going out
and my coming in,
from this time forth, and for evermore.
